First baths!

Holy smokes these little babies are amazing. They've decided that crawling out of the whelping box is a fun new game and they've really mastered it. Watching them crawl out is like watching a bunch of army recruits going through an obstacle course, all paws and legs scrambling over the walls. 

We also gave the puppies their first baths yesterday. We realize how important it is to ensure that these little ones understand the importance of staying clean and therefore start them early on baths and potty training so that when they join your family, they'll know the difference between clean and dirty. 

Another exciting milestone that we're getting ready for is solid foods. Francis and I will be introducing them to puppy food mixed with broth to supplement their nursing. This is an important step as they keep growing to keep them on track for healthy digestive systems.
